Whether you want a one to one yoga session or a consultation about menopause and perimenopause at a time that works for you this is the best option!

Cancellation Policy

All live classes must be booked by 8pm the day prior. We need at least three people to book into a live online class by 8pm the day prior, for it to go ahead. If there are not enough people booked into the class by 8pm and it is cancelled you will be notified by 9pm and a class link of a similar style will be sent to you by email, we apologise for this in advance but it is a condition of booking.
