121 Yoga Sessions

Would you like to dive a little deeper with your yoga practice or maybe you are a beginner and want to start yoga.and have a practise designed Whatever your level,I am here to guide you. With over 14 years teaching experience I can help you with your yoga, breathwork or meditation practice. Maybe you would like specific practises to help you with perimenopause/post menopause.

Group Menopause Coaching

Join one of my unique group coaching programs that combine menopause coaching, menopause yoga, empowering menopause education.  Learn how to nourish yourself so that you truly flourish in your peri to post menopause transition. The program combine pre recorded content that you can do in your own time with live classes held at the weekend so that everyone can attend. Next program starts 5th May, limited space!

1-2-1 Coaching

Are you struggling with overwhelm, exhaustion and need help understanding your peri/menopause symptoms. Maybe you dont't know where to turn and need someone to help you find clarity.  As a menopause coach my role is to help you feel empowered right now! Together we will work through acheivable and realistic goals and help you feel better.  You can book a one off session or a block the choice is yours!

Class Schedule

Live and online yoga classes and workshops and monthly moon circles.  You will find my offerings here and be able to join a class.  Live yoga in Valencia happens on Saturday and Tuesday contact me if you would like to know more. I have been a teacher since 2010 and have a caring style of teaching.  Yoga in the park is a general level class for all levels and the moon circles are a slower yin style.  Beginners course starting soon.
