January 4 week group coaching program that combines mindset coaching, education, lifestyle practices, lots of yummy recipes to try, yoga, pilates and essential oil education. Starts January 20th.  A program designed for busy working women with 10 pre recorded classes, education videos and weekend onlive lives sessions to attend/

As a menopause coach and a women who is 2 years post menopause and thriving I love to help women through perimenopause / post menpause.  My style is unique as I integrate my knowledge of yoga and breathwork with listening and lifestyle guidance so you get a completely holistic session tailored to your needs.

Kate Gardner is a Yoga teacher, Pilates teacher, Menopause coach, and Menopause yoga teacher works holistically with her clients to look at all elements of their life to create positive change.
